Exactly one month ago, the first whistle sounded in the Ziggo Dome for the kick-off of the biggest European Futsal Championship ever. For two and a half weeks, we have enjoyed spectacular matches, beautiful actions and many goals. Time to take a look at the results and to play futsal yourself!

UEFA FUTSAL EURO 2022 in figures
After a thrilling final with lots of spectacle and high quality futsal, the Portuguese managed to turn a 2-0 deficit into a 4-2 victory. This makes Portugal the European Champions for the 2nd time in history. Spain and Ukraine played the consolation final earlier in the day. Spain won 4-1 which gives them the bronze medal.

Russia has been the most successful in terms of shots on goal with 279 times. In second place is Spain with 274 shots and in third place is Portugal with 255 shots on goal.
Ukraine has received the most goals against with 12 in total. Georgia and Kazakhstan follow on a shared 2nd place, both countries faced 11 goals
In total during the European Futsal Championship 4 red cards were given and 102 yellow cards.
20-year-old Zicky Té of Portugal has been crowned the MVP of the tournament.
