KNVB. Reinventing Football.

Being one of the founding fathers of FIFA, we feel the deep-rooted responsibility to support the development of football. First of all, for the development of football in the Netherlands, to stay ahead of the curve. Secondly, we also aim to share our innovative philosophy on an international level to create a better football environment across the globe.

As the Dutch football association, we want to create, look ahead and lead. Creating new paths, pushing the boundaries of the game, reinventing it along the way. It’s about thinking differently. It’s about being small but thinking big.

We show the world that approaching problems in new, innovative ways bring you solutions you’d never thought of before. All these solutions and innovations start with our football philosophy as a foundation. On top of that, we have a dense and unique football infrastructure which we can use as a small field lab of global football. Within this infrastructure we successfully can test and implement all new football innovations. Lastly, our KNVB Campus offers a space where football and innovation come together. It’s called #11, the KNVB’s innovation hub.

It’s the combination of our football philosophy, infrastructure and innovative ecosystem that makes us unique and why we can make a contribution to the development of football. With this we try to bring the beautiful game to the next level. Both in the Netherlands and outside of our country’s borders.
