Our partners

As part of the WorldCoaches programme, the KNVB collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, from public institutions to private companies, and from small social enterprises to major international organisations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), War Child, and Signify.

Wherever we operate, we co-create sport-for-development programmes with local organisations to ensure relevance and sustainability. We also work closely with local authorities and football federations to explore opportunities for programme accreditation. This enhances the credibility of WorldCoaches and helps maximise its impact within communities.

The KNVB provides the core funding for the WorldCoaches programme. Additional support comes from third-party partners, including the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, Nike, Signify, and the UEFA Foundation for Children.

KNVB collaborates with many partners, including the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To continue growing and innovating, the KNVB is always seeking new partners committed to creating social impact through sport. We warmly invite interested organisations to get in touch.

"In order to transform my community, I work with different organisations. We support each other to create stronger solutions. Cooperation is absolutely key for me to create impact!"
Francis Ojilo – Local WorldCoaches instructor in Kenya.
